Our Purpose

The Network’s purpose is to lift the capability and capacity of the social support sector’s growing Linker, Navigator and Connector workforce through knowledge exchange and shared professional development programs and events.

Our Inspiration

A short report published by the Paul Ramsay Foundation in 2022 inspired the creation of the Navigator Network. The ‘Understanding Linkers: new role to help navigate social services paper describes the emergence of a new role in the social support system – that of Linker (or Navigator or Connector).

Our Funding

The work of the Navigator Network is possible thanks to the support of our funder RM Ansett Trust, managed by Equity Trustees.
